We offer a 28-day return policy on unworn items. If you wish to return an item, please ensure it is in its original condition and packaging.
Please note that earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Warranty Policy:
All jewellery items come with a 2-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This warranty begins from the date of purchase.
Should you encounter any manufacturing defects within the warranty period, we will provide store credit or a replacement item as compensation.
